If your medication was stolen you will need to submit the police
report to your VA provider. Your provider will determine whether your
prescription can be filled early.

I called and Submitted a Theft of Medication to Pharmacy on The
Telephone earlier today April 24 2013 - The Staff instructed to
contact the Tracking Number 9274890100068700026463155 but The
Intercepted happen near the Stanislaus County Jurisdiction in that I
filed a Complaint with The Sheriff Department of Stanislaus County -
The event happen when a man name Ryan who Profess That he is employed
at the Mail and Shipping Drop location - he took the contents of the
five bottles of medication and rip the covering open and took one of
the bottles and transfer to a Red Cherokee type TRUCK/SUV of a female
Hispanics "with a male" (gang in like 'Pisa') that went into a storage
area and did some unknown hidden activity - the Law officer a Sergeant
said that in part "Ryan" was untruthfull of where the medication is
and per Federal Law the following is the Case Number of County of
Stanislaus Sheriff Department of theft of Veterans and Military
Property Case Number 513012940 - the Staff of Veterans Administration
stated not for myself not to use in proper the current Tempered
medication and that a resubmission is being disbatch into Manila
Envelope to myself at the closing conversation with the full refill as
of approximate 1615 April 24 2013
