Yet the United States of America intent to pre 1808 is infact the

beyond of Court Jurisdiction as no law can SUPERSEDE the United States
Constitution in require of conforts of Museum defends its ownership of lens
from Pointe aux Barques Lighthouse (MI) The Henry-Lepaute third-order
Fresnel lens was removed from Pointe Aux Barques Lighthouse in 1969, is to
return to The United States Navy when a modern optic was installed in the
tower without confort of post 1808. The lens was donated to the City of
Harbor Beach the following year and placed on display in the city's Grice
House Museum. As the museum's life saving station that houses the lens has
no air conditioning, alarm, or fire-suppression system, the government is
asking the court to order the museum to return the lens to the United
States Navy at the museum's expense. In such the Lense is to be return To
The United States Navy.
