in Modesto Irrigation District Turlock Irrigation District Pacific Gas
and Electric with Hetch Hetchy Sub Station just to the North of The
Naval Station itself the crew is a Pacific Gas and Electric Crew
working on United States of America Lands and allows the joining of
Power Grids into Multa Jurisdiction to bring the required Power Needs
to the Naval Base.
