We received 1-1/2" of snow early this morning. We have 50km of trails open
with 38km groomed and 35km groomed with trackset and skating
lanes. 12km
of dedicated snowshoe trails are open. Only the expert hill on the third Karhu
loop is closed. Surface is powder with a frozen granular base.
Compacted
base averages 4 - 6" with 7 - 9" in the woods. Coverage is good;
conditions
are fast.

From Accuweather's Henry Margusity: "I am getting excited
for the Valentine's
Day storm. It's the first time we have seen a trough coming into the East
that has the chance to lock off and produce a storm along the coast.
If only we can get the blocking in place for a big storm." As a

Forecast: It's cloudy today with a high in the lower 20's.
Saturday is expected
to be mostly cloudy with a high near 20. On Sunday and Sunday
night a steady

for each additional

of a customized wax kit tailored to your needs.
