As tho a related Fire Hazard is involved in a Stanislaus County
Closure of a Building that does affect 11 Tenants that just recently a
removal of a unaccounted Tenant was removed today by Security Staff
that The Stanislaus Sheriff Patrol Car appear shortly after - the
Water is on most of the Tenants - one building holds a number of
tenants that share kitchen but most of the Tenants have been at the
address a number of months or weeks as the share area is more for
Transist travelers that need shelter and kitchen assistence - the rest
are self care as individual tenant on Monthly Rents or agree yearly
stay - the water pipes go through the County Condemned Building and
the Fence The County placed is easily to lift up and enter to any that
would like to steal pipes - wire etc etc - The Fence and Condemned
Building is easement block of water pipes as all water pipes for the
Tenant dwellings go through the County Condemnation of Building - in
such The County has not assistent the Owner of its Condemned Building
- The problem became two fold with a fire hazard that appeared next to
the County Condemned Building that is done by a clearing of a
unrelated room as named room five - that such room is the location of
a water heater that serve the Tenants and at one time served the
County Condemned Building - in retrospec did the Chicago fire start by
a lamp or candle - no the answer was organized crime of city holds by
the old term hoodlins now term grown to gangs - but one advantage is
today a warning by gangs by Graffiti or vandals using paint to warn of
a future burning as have been common throughout the subdivisions of
South Modesto - such is to be controlled by what is called gang
coordinator of the Sheriff office that the Grand Jury of Stanislaus
County continue to investigate - so either by fear or lack of proper
Law enforcement by the interstructor of Stanislaus County Law
Enforcement a 2nd fire was done and the County is now attempting to
stop the further move of gang and drugs including prostitution which
called in the Penal Code loitering WHICH is a Pip control of a street
line of his .... in respect to The understaff of Stanislaus County a
Jurisdiction Statement has been sent to Governor Brown for assistance
in the battle of gangs - drugs - prostitution in South Modesto the
unincorporated Area of Stanislaus County California - following is
latest County Responce Your request # 1243407 has been resolved with
the resolution:
Case Closed. Referred to Code Enforcement for sanitation and water
related issues.
This is in reference to the Problem on Permits (building, plan check,
inspection) you submitted on 02/24/2013 09:25 AM
Location: 735 S 9th Street Modesto Ca 95351
Description: A number of weeks agoa fire burned at the Address in
question and the area of the Building burned and the County Condemned
the building and fenced it and signed it as Condemned - a number of
times the County Fence has been broken into and copper piping has been
taken - then Maintence of the property turn off the water to the rest
of the Tenants leaving over 11 tenants without water from a
unprotected building that the Sheriff is to patrolof County Condemned
Building. The Tenants as I as one want the County to turn on the Water
that isin the Building that The County Condemned.
The County closed the above cas then foreward the following in a
timeline of 30 days and 4 days otherwords they Stanislaus County split
the cases in Jurisdiction (a legal term of Subject Matter as what
Department shall handle such Misprision [meaning Government Error
which is what the Stanislaus County Grand Jury works in Misprision
"postive or negative" postive done on purpose and negative a
progression of '"growth'"])
