The passenger elevator is back in service on the Evergreen State.

Sea/BI - ADA Alert - Puyallup Elevator Out of Service
There is no elevator service on the Puyallup at this time. The
passenger cabin is accessible only via the stairway. Passengers may
choose to remain on the car deck during the crossing. ADA accessible
restrooms are available on the auto deck. Updates will occur as
conditions change. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Summer Sailing Schedule Begins Sunday, June 17
Washington State Ferries begins its summer sailing schedule this
Sunday, June 17, with increased service on popular tourist routes and
a new reservation system for customers on the Anacortes/Sidney, B.C.
route, Port Townsend/Coupeville route, and business customers on the
Anacortes/San Juan Islands routes.The summer schedule is available on
the WSF website, and the red printed schedule (No. 225) is available
at all vessels and terminals.

Fauntleroy Ferry Dock To Get Transit Makeover
Metro Transit, in partnership with the city of Seattle, is planning to
bring RapidRide bus service to West Seattle in fall 2012. Beginning
Friday, May 11, King County will begin a month long project, near the
Fauntleroy Terminal, to install a variety of improvements necessary
for the start of the RapidRide C line this fall. Customers should
expect delays both entering and exiting the Terminal. Visit RapidRide

Faunt/Va/SW-Construction to impact Fauntleroy offloading beginning 6/4
Beginning Monday, June 4, throughmid-July, RapidRide construction will
affect traffic exiting the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal. Additionally, on
Wednesday, July 6,the northbound Metro bus stop will be temporarily
moved to SW Trenton Street for approximately two weeks. This project
is part of King County Metro's planned upgrade of the West
Seattle/Downtown route to their fast and reliable RapidRide program.
