Doppler in Ruskin Florida was in the late 1990's near the surface of
the ground - later elevated to match close to Blizzard Beach - The
intent to add to Disney Hollywood Studio's "you see in Hollywood the
sign on the hill is above the studio's so all want the Doppler lifted
up to top of the lapse slide of Blizzard Beach - time to bring all
Radars back to the surface and put up with more upper air ballon
soundings.
