SIDE OF THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY.MARINE AIR SPILLING THROUGH THE PASSES
OF THE TEMBLORS AND DIABLORANGE IS GENERATING GUSTY WINDS BELOW THE
PASSES.* WINDS: GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.* TIMING: WINDS WILL CONTINUE
OVERNIGHT...THEN DECREASE TOWARD DAYBREAK.* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: ALONG
AND WEST OF THE INTERSTATE 5 CORRIDOR...ESPECIALLY COALINGA...THROUGH
AND BELOW PACHECO PASS...SUNFLOWER VALLEY AND LOST HILLS.* IMPACTS:
STRONG CROSS WINDSCAN MAKE DRIVING HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...ESPECIALLY
BELOW THE PASSES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE VALLEY. BLOWING DUST CAN
REDUCE VISIBILITY TO A MILE OR LESS IN SOME AREAS.
