The United States Air Force use with Contract Air Force Base Vandenberg California and the primary reason is to monitor the Launch showing any damage to Weather across the United States before such Rocket was approved of fully tested it was to move to Florida to Launch not affecting the Atlantic the reason over the Atlantic is Classified in such no Rocket Test are to be done on The Eastern Sea Broad but as stated on The West Coast and Congress is instructed to close the United States Air Force Test Station in Florida and return to Vandenberg California for Testing
