Amendment petition to free Speech? Would the single idem be petition

Petition or would when I granted the person to go in front of me in my
polite state be a granting of free speech - The problem came when the
person bent toward me in close Proximity and started a Political
Discussion about faces on the Magazines - I told him I not interest in
listering to his statements - He said I'm talking to myself and I have
Free Speech - you don't like it go to Communist China - so I went to
another line and then steer to even another line as the Supermarket
was clearing isle in Time - so the point of the matter of "Free
Speech" is this in The Amendment the require to have such freedom is
by Petition otherwords a request to speak - We can request by writing
"Press" or by speaking a request "Speech" or even by "Prayer" such
area Congress cannot be involved in except on the Floor of either
House - but the Executive branch has no such area of Rule of Law and
that is Government comes out with Zoning for where to prayer - No
talking areas as like example in Libraries - order in line in a
government office - a Permit to gather to Protest and etc etc - The
United States Freedom is a Petition for the Freedom as I have right to
be sucure in my persons as in another Amendment to be Communist is to
force order or as we call Amendment to fight one another - The intent
of The Constitutional Bill of Rights is to assist a Amendment in
understanding and in such my Freedom of being sucured was violated by
a taking of my Trust in allowing a person to go in front of me and
then with a "Thank you" taking a person of myself into the Confines of
Political Discussion to another enity I didn't know that He called
"Myself".
