(VWS). UPPER-LEVEL ANALYSIS INDICATES THE DISTURBANCE IS NOW JUST
SOUTHOFTHE RIDGE AXIS AND SOUTHEASTWARD OUTFLOW INTO THE MID-LATITUDE
WESTERLIES IS THE MAIN FACTOR THAT CONTINUES TO ENHANCE CONVECTION.
SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURES ARE CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT RANGING FROM
26-28 DEGREES CELSIUS BUT OCEAN HEAT CONTENT DOES NOT SUPPORT A DEEP
