Tropical Low Located just East of Brownsville Texas in The Western
Gulf of Mexico - Current winds near 30 miles per hour and strong
convection West of Brownsville and drift somewhat east and some
building in The Northeast Quadrant of the Low - Further building is
expected as waters are in a temperature Conducive to increasing
convection and higher Velocity in wind field next 24 to 48 hours
common of what has seen in this Pacific Tropical Storm of Hurricane
background in The Eastern Pacific - Flash Flood and Heavy
Precipitation into parts of extreme Southwest Texas and North Eastern
Old Mexico - Seas shall be increasing during the day Saturday and
Small Craft are in Warning leading to higher winds Late Saturday into
Sunday as The Storm finds its way into the Florida Current up from Bay
of Campeche on up the Coast of Texas.
