What is a Religion in The United States?

In The United States prior to 1812 the Granted Religions were Location
of Body of Believers that Collected "Poll Tax" - such Law does not
ever change of Conditions based on Jurisdiction prior to 1808 - After
1808 and 1812 the Law is clear secure in Papers and effects but not
Religion unless such belief is prior to 1808. In that since none of us
today were not alive back in lets say 1807 - we have now, churches or
flock of rabbi; other then that - "what is stated" (in 1807 example)
no religion exist such as muslim, witchcraft, self declared chruch
exist: except as papers and or effects but not Religion - The
foundation of The Chruches in The United States came through authority
of The Chruch of England and the transfer of That Power was and is
still at certain Time and place the "Poll Tax" - in respect the 1st
Amendment of The Bill of Rights of The United States Constitution so
state Religion seperate from papers and or effects as related to
privacy of like support but not within such Freedom - in that all
others that are not in Religion affix to The 4th Amendment of The Bill
of Rights of The United States Constitution and in such the 1st
Amendment does not respect such other Amendment without a petition -
Therefore what one of The House stated - on other people such as
muslim in respect is unfounded without petition to do so.
